Our trips are designed to offer a range of what Scotland has available
for anyone who’d like to fish. Whether you’re a lifelong angler looking for that
one elusive big fish, or you’re a complete beginner looking to learn how to cast
and catch, or you’re simply after an enjoyable day in a beautiful place; we have
a fishing trip for you. We will provide a day where you can experience Scotland’s
fishing potential in the company of a friendly expert.

Scotland’s most prized fish, the regal Atlantic Salmon is not easy to catch, and that’s part of the reason we love it. Steeped in mystery, tradition and history this incredible fish is part of our heritage.

During most weeks of the season there are salmon between 20 and 30lbs caught from Scottish rivers with bigger specimens most months. If you catch a fresh run Scottish salmon on the fly on one of our salmon fishing trips not only will you have a mind blowing experience, but also bragging rights for years to come!

There are so many wonderful trout fishing venues in Scotland. Using hundreds of years of combined knowledge we have selected some of the best for your experience. ‘Loch style’ trout fishing is Scotland’s most popular fly fishing style, the river fishing can be great too. We’ll choose a venue for you based on your location, the time of year and the conditions on your day.

Wild river browns and grayling can be caught wading or rainbows and loch browns while drifting in a boat on a loch or bank fishing. Let us know if you’d like to fish an upland stream for small trout with a 2wt or troll a loch for our huge ferox trout and we’ll do our best to provide.

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys reel screaming, rod bending action, then a saltwater species trip could be what you’ve been hankering for. With a focus on powerful pollack, but sometimes catching coalies, wrasse and even sea bass, these trips mix scenic beauty and adrenaline like no other.

Fishinguide recommends at least two days for these trips to compensate the travel, we will be accessing some of Scotland’s more remote settings.

Get that adrenaline rush and experience the thrill from our predator pike trip. These are truly awesome creatures, epitomising the ultimate predator’s power and stealth.

These aggressive fish can be taken on hard lures, soft plastics, or on the fly. There are few things more exhilarating than quietly fishing away when suddenly a huge pike bursts out of the water to attack your fly/lure and then starts stripping line off the reel.

A wonderful and beautiful fish, the grayling is one of our firm favourites. We tend to focus on grayling when the wild trout season ends on 6th of October. From then till the 15th of March we seek outt grayling on the fly from Scotland’s rivers.

They can be caught using heavy nymphs, with the euro-nymphing style or sometimes on the dry fly during spells of calm sunny winter weather. They tend to move in shoals so where you find one, you often find more.

Family Fishing

We really enjoy having families on our trips, it’s a great opportunity for bonding and we try our hardest to ignite a passion for fishing in our young guests – achieving that, while catching fish, is enormously rewarding.

We’ve selected some family friendly venues where catches are as likely as can be, and we hope to generate an environment of fun, interest and togetherness.
